Declaration of Safety

I hereby declare that I am solely responsible under God for my own personal safety and that no one must sacrifice any right granted by the Most High God to ensure my safety. Any and all third parties are hereby indemnified by same.

Upon receipt of this notice, any and all claims to willfully and intentionally trespass on my said rights without my consent must be presented in affidavit form with supporting evidence for adjudication to the Human Rights Tribunal International in order to preclude an automatic Common Law Lien from being issued and published against the trespassing party and agency(s) in the amount of triple the citations and fines associated with said trespass. Notice that some entities have incurred 100-year federal common law liens in the amount of 52 Million dollars.
